I always stay at this place in York. No regrets. Staff helped with room problem at night. Suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware, Flat-screen TV. VIP check-in. No pets allowed. No smoking. Coming back for trip.

our stay at 25 Avenue Terrace was even better than our previous visit to York. The location was perfect and the property was beautiful, with ample beds and thoughtful touches like a gift box and stocked fridge. The parking passes were a great help too. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

Well-stocked with everything a family needs. Close to the city center, just a short stroll away. The welcoming gift box with coffee, biscuits, and chocolate was a thoughtful touch. Provided parking passes for the weekdays, making parking hassle-free.

Miscommunication about key collection, but the issue was resolved promptly. One bathroom and a small toilet room, which caused waiting times.

I stayed here with my family and liked this apartment, plus there's a bus stop located just a 10-minute walk from here.

Enjoyed every moment at this place! It was a great spot for exploring around. I really appreciated the availability of refrigerators, an oven, and kitchenware for cooking;))

The hotel facilities were excellent, providing ample beds and plenty of seating. The cleanliness of the house was impressive, and the small courtyard with nice plants was a lovely addition. The thoughtful gift box with coffee, biscuits, chocolate, and Prosecco in the fridge was a delightful surprise. We also appreciated the parking passes provided for the weekdays, making it convenient for us to park.

Drawbacks: Although the house was advertised as having two bathrooms, there was actually only one large bathroom and a small room with a toilet and small basin next to it. This meant we had to wait to take showers or just wash up.

I had a lovely stay at a spacious house for up to six guests. The location was nice, although parking was a bit of an issue. We had to park one car on the next street after unloading our luggage, and the second car was almost a mile away and cost £38 for 3 nights. However, the house was fully stocked with everything a family would need, and it had plenty of seating, board games, teddy bears, and even a guitar in the bedroom that our granddaughter loved. The welcome pack was a nice touch, with fruit and wine. There was also a small courtyard with nice plants and a table, and chairs in the utility room.

The apartment was awesome! It had everything we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine. We loved the 3 bedrooms because it gave everyone in the family their own space. The living room was really cozy, perfect for relaxing together after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV was a bonus, providing entertainment for the kids when we needed some downtime.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion!
